Personal Appearance
The document signer(s) must be physically present before the notary at the time of service. Please come prepared with all the required documentation and identification. Personal Identification Required to Notarize your Documents
The signer must produce satisfactory evidence of identification, which must be at least one current and valid document issued by federal or state government bearing the photographic image of the individual’s face and either the signature or a physical description of the individual.
An expired license or passport, foreign passport, photocopy of a license, social security card, or birth certificate can not be used as a valid form of identification.
